Why Founders Are Rethinking Where They Hire
The old assumptions about "cheap" and "quality" don't hold anymore.

There used to be an unspoken tradeoff in offshore hiring: lower cost meant lower quality, or at least more risk. That assumption is increasingly outdated.
Markets like Bulgaria offer senior, English-fluent, EU-based talent at 30 to 50 percent lower fully loaded cost than Western Europe, without the quality or communication gaps founders used to brace for.
It's not that the old tradeoff disappeared everywhere. It's that smart founders have found where it no longer applies.
