No. Joining is free for engineers, with no upfront costs and no subscription. We only earn a commission when you actually get hired through Truly.

Yes. You choose your rate when you register and can change it at any time from your dashboard. When a company asks about your rate, our team reviews the request. The final rate is set by Truly once the request is approved and both sides have signed the NDA.

Companies pay Truly every month against an invoice, and Truly pays you on the agreed terms. You can withdraw your earnings by bank transfer or another supported method. All payments go through Truly. Payments made directly between you and a company are not allowed.

Before we approve a request, Truly sends an NDA to you and to the company. Both of you sign it, which keeps everything confidential. Once it is signed, the request can be approved and the work can start.

With Truly, which is operated by Delinx Ltd (BULSTAT: BG204861966). You don't sign a contract with the client company. Having Truly in the middle keeps payments secure and makes sure they are processed correctly.

When you find an engineer you want to work with, you send a request for their rate. Our team reviews it and sends an NDA for you and the engineer to sign. After both signatures we approve the request and set the final rate. Every engineer on Truly has already been through our verification process.

Truly takes a commission on each engagement, and it is already included in the rate you are quoted. There are no hidden costs or upfront fees, and you only pay once you have hired someone through us. Each month we send your company an invoice, payable within one month. If the contract is not fixed-price, the invoice comes with a timesheet of the hours worked. If your company is outside Bulgaria, we don't charge VAT on our services, in line with Bulgarian and EU rules for B2B services. If your company is in Bulgaria, standard VAT applies. Every invoice shows the VAT treatment for your location.

Yes. You can hire for a fixed term, for an ongoing project or for a full-time role, and many companies use Truly to build a dedicated remote team. Whatever the length, the contract is always with Truly.

Tell our support team and we'll help you find a replacement. Quality is our responsibility, so we'll work with you to sort out the problem. Since the contract is with Truly, we handle the replacement ourselves.

Yes. If you have engineers, designers or product managers who are between projects, you can add them to Truly for free. Open your company dashboard, go to the talent or bench section and click "Add to bench". You'll be asked for their profile, skills, experience and CV. Our team reviews each profile before it goes live.
